Churches must seriously address these issues, and find practical ways to become part of the solution.: We look at culture, conditioning, blaming, punishment, responsibility, preventive actions, media influences, making opportunities, intervention know-how, taking the lead, press releases, effective publicity, making a difference, lifeskill education, key developmental, stages, values, non-judgement.
